Also provide the guidance and best consultant to new and aspiring talents from India and overseas. Glamourhunt has right to incorporate and publish photographs, portfolio and/or any other information/ content/ material submitted by the USERS of this service on the model watch and search section, portfolio services, acting and grooming courses, out stationed models, affiliated services, beauty and health section, films reviews, Hollywood news, gossips, picture gallery etc., subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. All the models and talents data bank on our website, has been updated on the net, are excessively property of Glamourhunt, provided by aspiring mature talents with their permission and consent. However, our web designer had used some of reference pictures for designing purpose, which are either posted by our users or found on the net, before taking those pictures we couldn’t find any specific rights statement or declaration by any person/company/photographer/stock photo agency. In case if any picture, photo, image, cartoon, wall papers used in our website, has a copy right/property of some agency/person/ stock photo agency, if this is noticed, the concerned party must immediately inform us with a relevant proof of their rights on specific image/pictures/article or any contents, if this is found correct, Glamourhunt Communication will eliminate the same with 48 hours from the time of receiving any official complaints or information from second party.

2. All photographs/ content/ information/ material submitted by the USERS to Glamourhunt Communications as well as our models website: www.benchmark-models.com even if they are not published and they shall not be returned. The USERS grants all rights including copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to the photographs/ content/ information/ material that have been submitted by the user, even if they are not published. Glamourhunt may also use all or any of the photographs/ content/ information/ software/ material submitted by the user for purposes other than those provided in these terms and conditions, such as promotion, advertising and marketing in the print and electronic media owned by Glamourhunt Communications. However such photographs/ content/ information/ material shall not be given to third party.

3. These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted. This agreement may not be modified except by in writing. By using the services of Glamourhunt Communications the User agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Glamourhunt Communications reserves the right to add, delete or modify these rules in any way and at any time by publishing the modified term(s) over the service. The user is therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions every time he uses the service(s) of model watch and other contents of our website

5.Glamourhunt Communications reserves the right to add, delete or modify the content, information and other services of model watch in any way whatsoever and at any time. Glamourhunt reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate this service. Glamourhunt Communications reserves the right to charge fee for the service(s).

6. Glamourhunt Communications reserves the right to modify the photographs, portfolio and/or any other information/ content/ material submitted by the user before publishing for the purposes including but not limiting to designing, formatting etc. Once any material is provded by the user, if the user don't want his/her pictures to be on our website, we can eleminate the same if we are infomred officially.

7. The user shall use the services provided by Glamourhunt Communications its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only.

8. The user agrees to provide authentic and true information. Glamourhunt Communications reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation such user details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Glamourhunt has the right in its sole discretion to reject his registration and debar him forever from using the services of Glamourhunt.com and other affiliated websites.

9. The user hereby agrees not to submit any photographs /content /information /software /material in any form that are in violation of any domestic or international laws or that may infringe any right of a third party, including but not limited to, copyrights and other intellectual property rights of any third party. Glamourhunt Communications reserves the right to reject any such photographs/ content/ information/ material that are in violation of any domestic or international laws or that may infringe any right of a third party.

10. The user agrees not to send unsolicited advertising or promotional material to other users of Glamourhunt Communications. The user further agrees not to use the facilities and capabilities of the service to conduct any business or activity or to solicit the performance of any activity that is prohibited by law.

11. Glamourhunt Communications reserves the right of not publishing the whole or part of the photographs/ content/ information/ material that has been submitted by the USERS. The User further agrees that its sole discretion to edit or delete information, data, software or other content appearing on the Service, regardless of whether it violates the standards for content. Glamourhunt Communications reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate service to any User at any time without prior notice.

12. Submission of portfolio /photographs /content /information /software or any other material to Glamourhunt Communications shall be deemed to be an acceptance by the User for publishing them in media such as Internet, Newspaper, Magazines, Television and other print and electronic media. All such information is collected from the User for their personal publicity and under no circumstances will Glamourhunt Communications its creators, affiliates, employees will be responsible for complications arising out of the mishandling and soliciting of personal information submitted by the User.

13. The User expressly agrees that the use of service(s) of Glamourhunt Communications is at the User's sole risk. The Service(s) of Model Watch is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Glamourhunt Communications, its affiliates, employees, agents, consultants, contracted companies make no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing or as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Service, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through this Service. Glamourhunt Communications also disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and any obligation to provide uninterrupted or error-free service. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Glamourhunt Communications, its affiliates, employees, directors, consultants and contracted companies from any claims and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from the User's use (or misuse) of this Service that cause damage(s) to the User or any other party or parties. The User further acknowledges that the Company is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other User(s) or third parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with the User.

16. The User agrees that Glamourhunt Communications reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel the registration of the User at any point of time.

Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all intellectual property rights in all material presented on Glamourhunt Communications (including but not limited to text, photographs, audio, video or graphical images), trademarks and logos appearing on Model Watch are the property of Glamourhunt Communications, its parent, affiliates and associates and are protected under applicable Indian laws.

Any infringement shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
